At Nivaria Beach we offer residential rentals for people who want to stay for long periods of time: from 2 to 6 months.

It is a service specially designed for professionals who want to telework from Tenerife, digital nomads, managers who have moved to the island or workers with flexible professions. Also for travellers who want to spend a long time enjoying the good climate of the island or Canarian residents who are looking for a place halfway between the North and the South of the island.

The rental process is very simple and is articulated through a temporary rental contract that you can sign digitally. At Nivaria Beach we make it easy for you by handling most of the formalities online. But if you prefer, you can count on the advice of our sales team at all times.

How long can i stay at nivaria beach?

Residential stays at Nivaria Beach vary from a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 6 months. The rental price will vary depending on the type of flat you choose.

What type of accommodation do we offer at Nivaria Beach?

1 Bedroom Apartment (AP1): brand new one bedroom flats of 60 m2 with a large terrace and a bathroom. In the main bedroom there is a king size bed (180×200) with high quality mattress, built-in wardrobe and views to the Teide. In the living room there is a sofa bed of 1.60×2.00. It has an open kitchen, bathroom with rain shower and garage space included.

 

2 Bedroom Apartment (AP2): flats of 80-90 square metres with large terrace. They have two bedrooms with top of the range rest equipment. In the main bedroom there is a King size bed (180×200) and in the second bedroom there are two 90×200 beds. It has an open kitchen, high quality rest equipment, shower with a rain effect. The covered parking space is included.

Are the apartments and villas furnished and equipped?

Yes, all our apartments and villas are fully furnished and equipped, both in terms of electrical appliances and household goods. Everything is ready for you to arrive with your suitcase and start to enjoy making Nivaria Beach your new home. The only item not included is the washing machine, as Nivaria Beach has a space in the complex where you will find payment washing machines and dryers with 11 kg loads. What is included in the price of the residential rates?

  • Our rates are a closed price, in which EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED:
  • Change of sheets and towels + partial cleaning of the flat (45 ‘), once a week.
  • Covered parking space

  • Monthly maintenance check of the kitchen hoods, balcony glazing

Are there any agency fees or extra costs?

No. Nivaria Beach Apartments and Villas commercialises the rental of the apartments and villas directly, so there is no agency commission or any other extra cost to be paid when renting with us.

What is the amount of the deposit?

The security deposit that is requested in Nivaria Beach for residential rentals corresponds to 2 monthly payments. This is a guarantee against negligent use of the homes. It will be returned to you after check-out, once our Nivaria Beach team verifies that the condition of the apartment is correct.

Do i have to provide payslips or other documents to certify my financial solvency?

Yes, you must provide their last two payslips, a bank certificate of solvency or any other document that certifies that the future guest of Nivaria Beach is able to pay the monthly rent.

What are the payment options?

Long stays (60 to 180 nights): the client pays the first month in advance to confirm the booking; the deposit is paid by credit card on the day of arrival at reception and the Nivaria Beach staff will make the payments for each new monthly instalment through the credit card tokenized in our system, in advance, between the 1st and 5th of each month.

What kind of wifi connection do we offer?

Nivaria Beach works with a hotspot system with coverage throughout the complex, both in the flats and in common areas, so you will be connected to the network at all times. The speed is more than enough for teleworking, uploading and downloading large files, videoconferencing, streaming games… In case you require more speed, we can automatically increase your bandwidth.
